Welcome to the New You in the New Year Group Coaching Program.
As an author and coach, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with thousands of people as they transform their bodies and lives using the mind-body principles of The Gabriel Method, so I’m very excited to get started working directly with you as well.
Around the world, the most common New Year’s resolution is to lose weight, so I love the collective, positive energy of this time of the year, and I think it’s a great time to lay the foundations for the healthiest year of your life.
During the program, to make it easy for you, I’ll be sending out a series of reminder emails before each live class.
But if for whatever reason, you’re unable to join some or even all the live classes, don’t worry… we’ll get you the replays very quickly, so you won’t miss a thing.
