Try this handy interval timer for high-intensity interval training (HIIT). HIIT is a simple approach to exercise consisting of alternating periods of short intense exercise and rest breaks.

This interval timer will allow you to focus entirely on the exercise, and will let you know exactly when each period is over.

Simply use the using the -/+ buttons to set your desired times for preparation, intense exercise and rest cycle durations, and to select total number of rounds, then click “Start”!
