Q: Should I do all the visualizations daily?
A: You certainly can, but just make sure you’re not forcing yourself toward extremes… try to simply add these small habits daily so they can become healthy habits for life (as opposed to something you do intensely for 2 weeks then stop). Remember, the goal here is lifelong weight loss, and slowly adding these habits to your life is very effective.

Q: Do I have to eat the foods in your recipes?
No, not at all… these are just some of my favorite, delicious recipes. The Gabriel Method does not have meal plans or restrictions. These are just great foods that will make you feel great and help in the process.
