Carrot French Fries

  • 6 large carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil (cold-pressed, extra virgin if possible)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the carrots in half, and then slice into thin, French fry-like pieces.
  3. In a medium bowl toss the carrots with the olive oil and spices. Spread over the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, until browned.
