UCE Coaches > Cancelling / Rescheduling a Session

Please refrain from cancelling or rescheduling a session with your client unless absolutely necessary. If you need to update your availability, please do so at the earliest opportunity.

Skype AND Email client as soon as possible (and cc Session Coordinator) with a short apology and explanation to let them know that you need to cancel your session and that they need to reschedule the session. You must include your meetme.so/ page for them to rebook the session.

Search in your Gmail: CLIENT FULL NAME has made a booking, scroll to the bottom of the email & click on Cancel/Reschedule link & cancel or reschedule the appointment. Delete booking from your Google calendar – click on ‘Delete’ and then ‘Delete & Do Not Notify Guests’ in order to remove the booking from your calendar
