    Can you overdo Omega 3s?
    I have JG Omega tabs and have chia seeds with fruit for breakfast.

      Hi Mary,

      You don´t have to worry too much about overdoing it on Omega 3. Our diets have a lot of Omega 6 so we need the Omega 3 to create a better balance.

    Jon had suggested I look into the Cellular Release Therapy to deal with a lifetime of traumas. Right now I am doing the ‘safe’ visualization fairly often and started the ‘Forgiveness’ Tapping last night with that forum, very powerful stuff but all very emotional and sometimes still producing anger and irritation and then the day goes from bad to worse. How can I shift this reaction? I don’t necessarily have a bad reaction until something exterior happens like a very grumpy child or husband and I’m in ‘housewife’ mode. Does Cellular Release create the same reactions until they subside/are dealt with? I am also looking at some painful orthopedic surgery coming up and don’t want to backslide too far as pain makes me grumpy 😀 and I automatically reach for chocolate and I get it because its easy and they like to appease me as simply as possible. I won’t be able to fend for myself for awhile and I am still facing little cooperation at home with meal prep etc. I guess I’d like to find a way to simplify temporarily, like I use a candle warmer to make herbal tea or my warm lemon water when I’m stuck in bed. I fill a lot of water bottles with filtered water and keep them next to my bed and slice lemon ahead of time and keep it in ice then pour into mug on flame, warm and enjoy… Can I visualize cooperation!!?? can I freeze green juice? smoothies? etc and just let it thaw and drink? I apologize for rambling I just needed to write and think I guess… we live in the middle of nowhere so I need to really plan ahead but good food just doesn’t keep tho they enjoy the better quality esp. meat. We do have a gas station nearby that stocks tons of junk food of course…. I guess I’ll stock up on supplements and visualize!! This program has been fabulous and so informative and makes me feel great just because I know I am doing something good for myself 😀 I am still working on those tumor crushing visualizations too and am eager to see the next test results before surgery…. OH and I forgot to say that today I figured out how to download all the mp3 stuff into the right place in my laptop and then onto my iPod!! So I will have a mobile visualization device in my travels! yeah!! 😀 You are greatly appreciated, all of you!!

      Hi Donna,

      Cellular release helps to address whatever the real issue is that’s causing your body to react the way it does. So there is usually something behind the external situation. That could have been an adverse childhood experience or something else that’s causing your body to react the way it is.

      Hi Marisol,

      Any type of meditation or visualization that you do automatically is going to improve your intuition. If you want, while your meditating or visualizing you can ask for guidance from however you conceive to be your higher self, higher power, to help open up your intuitive centers.

    In the interview with Paul North, it was mentioned that we will always revert back to our gut flora tendencies from infancy. How can we know what our infancy gut flora baseline is?

    Are there any tests to know what our bio-individuality will do when left to its own devices? – this might be good to know say if you go away and run out or don’t have access to digestive enzymes, omega 3 and probiotic supplementation for a period of time.

    Do the digestive enzymes taken with a meal only last for that meal alone or do they keep you covered for a certain amount of time thereafter? (ie, take at lunch, but also work for a snack two hours later?)

    If so, what is that window of time?

    I have been loving the 4 self love and acceptance affirmation phrases. I know these work whether said internally or out loud, but out of curiosity are affirmations stated out loud more powerful energetically in regards to the impact they have within?

    Is there any value in the water you use to soak your nuts after the nuts have activated overnight?

    As I threw out the water a few times now in the morning, made me wonder if it would be a super water for watering plants or even drinking?

    When shopping for gluten free snacks and pastas for family, which ingredient is more offensive to digestion:

    Corn flour, OR
    Soy flour?

    Some products made with:
    Organic Rice flour, Organic Rice Starch, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Soy Flour.

    And others made with:
    Corn Flour, Rice Flour, Mono and Diglycerides.

      Even better are things like kelp noodles or making a pasta out of spiralized zucchini or squash.

      Try these out and see how your family likes them.

        Wonderful Nadia, thanks for the idea, but in the case of lesser of two evils, if I were picking out gluten free products (which most tend to have rice flour, corn flour, soy flour or potato starch), how would you rank these in order of “lesser evil?”

        Just want to make the best informed decisions as I transition things at home 🙂

          Hi Marisol,

          All of those ingredients will elevate blood sugar. I have seen one pasta in the stores made with only brown rice – this, I feel would be the best in the range you are speaking of.
