However chronic, long term stress, where cortisol levels remain elevated over time, creates an energy-conserving biological stress response by the body. Whether your stress is emotional, physical, or buried deep unconsciously… your body reacts the exact same way.
It will want to make you safe and in doing so will activate your FAT Program.
