    Can I substitute Almond flour for the coconut flour.. I happen to have Almond flour on hand. ✋.

  2. I actually make a coconut grenola-I wasn't sure it was healthy, so I'm glad you answered the question.

    As for the water -- Im doing pretty good in that, but I like your tip. Drink a glass if water every hour. I'll try that today.

  3. There's an increasing movement in Mexico that afirms that you shouldnt' take so much water, because it makes you loose your minerals through urine).
    Those doctors sugest to have instead a lot of water with raw honey and salt or sodium bicarbonate.

      Hi Margarita,

      While you can loose minerals through urine, you should be regaining them through your food. There is no need to add anything to your water as long as your are eating a nutrient rich diet which is what The Gabriel Method recommends.
