    Brian, so, Im going from nothing to this program….. I am at 10# wts and was moving up to 15# with the 10 # 1 could do 30- 50 reps to exhaustion. Was upping to 15# with 10-20 reps…… are you saying Not yet?

    Is it better to do more reps with less wt or less reps with more wt?
