Janine Oliver is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & the founder of Barcelona Health Coaching.
A competitive gymnast turned belly dancer, Janine spent much of her life pushing her physical limits to gain strength and grace. However she was often sick, fatigued, and struggled to manage a normal active life. She didn't realize this until one day a friend told her “Janine, you are always sick!”.
Janine moved from California to Spain, and started eating fresh, local, seasonal produce and experimenting with cooking.
In 2012, Janine found out that she had slow kidney function but, after a year of medical tests, was given no explanation, no solution and no help. She decided to take her love for food and cooking and turn it into a full blown mission to take her life back into her own hands.
Determined to gain energy, and live a long healthy life, Janine studied at the institute for integrative nutrition to help heal herself. While going to school, Janine was working at The Gabriel Method, learning about The Method’s principles inside and out for 3 years. Janine's dream become to help others find their own path to health and wellness.
