These are all so informative I feel as tho I have been completely re-educated about how the human body works-digestion is in charge not the brain or the heart 😀
I know that these are the new foundation from which I go forward because it really all seems so logical and simple now. I know it won’t be simple to implement the steps but I know I can do it. Especially because I read similar stories and can put out anything there that I need to for gentle, thoughtful, feedback in any of the Question/ Comment areas, the live chats, emails, or on the Facebook page, which is great for leaning and learning from each others’ perspective too. If you want to download the files click with the right mouse button on them and choose to save the link. I just did all of them that way without any trouble.

I had to hold the control key while clicking on “Download” and it gave me the option to download the file. I hope that helps.

The Visualizations can be downloaded to my iPod so I can play them any time … when I click on Download for these Best of Jon Interviews, it only plays … it doesn’t allow me to download.

For iPods, iPads, and iPhones you first must download the material onto a computer and then transfer the downloads onto your device. Hope this helps.

I am like the others and would like to download so that I can listen on my ipod. There does not seem to be the option to download to computer (it says that there is but the link only plays)
