  1. Annoucement: Jon has finished the first draft of the Gabriel Method kid’s book, a book on how to apply the Gabriel Method principles for kids by taking a holistic approach. He’d love to hear feedback from Gabriel Method parents.
  2. Kerry a Gabriel Method Case Study student shares how the Gabriel Method has worked for her and her family.
  3. Coach Smita– Shares how her Case Study Clients are also seeing successful results in using the Gabriel Method with their children. She also talks about her Case Study graduate students who have gone through some wonderful transformations.
  4. Coach Marjolijn– Emphasizes the importance of addressing the underlying issues behind one’s weight gain and making the necessary changes that help with the weight loss transformation journey.

  1. Jon announces some Case Study Members are “graduating” the program as they’ve reached six months, but it doesn’t have to end there. We’ve created two options for those who would like to continue to receive support. Find out more here: Case Study Graduates
  2. Coach Brian– Discusses the power and importance of improving your vitality specifically “Live Force Vitality” and finding ways to increase your vitality during natural ups and downs in life.
  3. Life Force Vitality can come from the energetic connection from the earth, sun, and food. Jon and Coach Brian discuss ways to get life force vitality through foods, nutrients, and earths natural elements.

  2. Guest Speaker Tiffany who has lost 62kg (136 lbs) talks about dealing with her safety issues to lose weight. She learned to work with her body instead of against it as well as how to help your kids by putting yourself first.
  3. Coach Desiree talks about how to stay calm, letting it be, working with your body and asking your body what it wants.
  4. Coach Smita talks about how vision boards have helped her and her clients.
  5. Coach Marjolijn alks about limiting beliefs and how they can hinder your progress and how specific mantras can help.

  1. Jon invites Case Study member Sharon Anderson to share her experience and progress throughout the program so far.
  2. Jon talks about an article he read a while back in the Scientific American Journal about how antibiotics can cause weight gain and how
    it compromises your digestive system. Antibiotics kill a lot of important bacteria as well as the bad type of bacteria. As a result,
    your digestive system doesn’t assimilate the nutrients and therefore goes into a nutritional famine and causes more cravings.
  3. Sharon Anderson- Joined the Case Study program in August and had a very enthusiastic attitude towards the program, however, after the first
    month-much to her surprise- had gained weight instead of losing. As a result, she’s started her own juicing revolution and has become a
    juicing connoisseur and hasn’t stopped since.
  4. Coach Brian– Shares a list of foods that are anti-inflammatory which help reduce the inflammatory hormones that cause weight gain and so many other
    problems.
