Excellent video really intrigued and excited to try some fermented foods going straight to the website to get more recipes 🙂 one question any idea if you use canned coconut milk to make yogurt do you try to mix through the block of coconut oil that forms at the top or do you removes this all together?
Just mix it all together, should be fine. But make sure the milk does not have stabilizers.

Just a note …..there are quite a number of people who not only are unable to assimilate Ezekiel bread ,even sprouted raw breads ,but in addition demonstrate leaky gut (autoimmune )symptoms .
Thanks for the note. If you can send a link along I’d really appreciate it!

Please advise on non dairy sources of cultured food.
You can make Kefir out of water and coconut water and yoghurt out of nut milk and coconut milk. Please check out Donna’s site for lots of great ideas.
