Thank you Jon.
The conference was very informative.
Would like to learn more about chia bran and its pros and cons especially the effects it has to the digestive system.
Is it true it can cause severe constipation, I hear people talk about that happening.
Thank you for making it possible to us to take part on the conferences
Happy days to every body
Maria
Really interesting, how do I know whether I am gluten intolerant? Thanks
Hi Susan,
There are several symptoms but the most common signs are
digestive issues such as gas, bloating, diarrhea and even constipation after eating gluten.
