Recording Your Coaching Calls

RECORDINGS – should be kept diligently for each and every coaching call so you can provide to client, keep for your own records, and keep for The Gabriel Method occasional quality reviews.

How to Record:

• Shut down your Skype program (sometimes you need to force quit by using ctrl+alt+delete and forcing Skype to close
• Open MX Skype Recorder
• Open Skype
• Test by calling “Echo” (testing number on Skype)
• Once call starts, make sure it’s recording

NOTE: After your call, rename the mp3 file to something that includes the call date “Joe-Coaching-5aug2012.mp3” and put that file in that client’s dropbox folder (for you) and then in the public folder (for them). In the public folder, right click on the file and “copy link location” and send the client that link so they have the recording.
