This is just so exciting. As I lose weight and change my life style I have got happier and happier, now I understand, where the happiness is coming from. Bless you all for the work you do and then share with us.

  2. Bette says:

It was inspiring to hear Dr. Perlmutter’s talk today. Thanks Jon for having him on your show/website. Boy he really spells it out clearly, and the information supports your program. This interview has been extremely helpful. Thanks again. Bette

  3. Sue Cimino says:

I LOVE the information shared. Makes so much sense. Now to make the lifestyle change. Although I don’t eat wheat and am on very little sugar, I have continued to include other grains in my diet. Now I understand why my “healthier” diet is not helping my health. Thanks so much.

  4. Gail Timu says:

This message was very powerful. I learnt a lot thank you

  5. Louise Doner says:

Completely enjoyed this video talk. I had no idea that the carbs spoken about could have that much of a detrimental effect on the brain and the body in general. It is exciting to know that changes in consumption of ‘bad’ foods for body and brain friendly ones can improve my health and the health of my loved ones. I have a sister that seems to be in the early stages of dementia/alzheimers, and hopefully, she will listen to me when she sees the way I am reversing my arthritis and other issues with a better diet. One based on our physiology and not the diet forced on us all these years. Thank you. Thank you very much!

  6. Sharon H says:

    Much appreciation.. Sharon

Hello. I have been diagnosed as gluten- sensitive, so I have started eliminating all wheat, rye, barley, oats from my diet. It’s been 3 months now, I’ve lost some weight, others noticed, still experiencing stomach problems, was told that my intestines have to clear up before I can feel completely better. Have been learning about additives, different names of wheat ingredients, reading labels thoroughly, cross-contamination. My question is “will it get better, easier?” As well will it heal?

    • Janine -Gabriel Method Team says:

      Hi Yvette,

The transition can be difficult but in the end very rewarding. Remember that healing can take time especially after a lifetime of this issue. Moving towards whole unprocessed foods is an easy way to steer clear of gluten. It is a great learning opportunity that can help you heal as well as release the weight.
