How to Set Up 1st Call
Update Required
To play the media you will need to either update your browser to a recent version or update your Flash plugin.
- Make sure you have a headset
- Check your internet connection to make sure it is stable (not running any big downloads, videos, etc)
- Send Skype request *at least 1 day prior* to call to ensure ability to connect
- Review notes 1 day in advance (to ensure dropbox works) and have them open during your session for quick view
- Have the client Follow Up Form open on your browser to complete immediately after session
- Have the UCE Members site open on your browser in case they have questions
