Please try to contact the client via Skype, telephone and email and be available for the first 30 minutes of the scheduled session. You can find these contact details in the following places:
- Booking Notes in your Google Calendar
- Client’s application in Asana

If after 30 minutes the client has still not shown up, please inform the session coordinator by completing the following webform. Our session co-ordinators will contact the client and you are not required to take any further action
