    Hi,
I am wondering if the use of my hot tub is Ok during the detox week? I shower afterwards to get any chlorine that is on my skin off but was wondering about the benefits of relaxation and being warm compared to the chemicals one is exposed to by being in a hot tub?
    Thanks,
    Ken

    • gabrielmethod says:

@Ken – yes, great! Hot baths, hot tubs, all great. In an ideal world, it would be non-chlorine, but we just have to do our best and the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. Thanks!

  4. Susan Livesley says:

Why haven’t I had answers to my questions

  5. Linda Smith says:

I am experiencing pain in my leg muscles after the pre detox. Am I missing something nutritiously? I have tried walking to alleviate the pain and it helps somewhat while I am walking but as soon as I stop it comes back.

    • gabrielmethod says:

Hi Linda – that is certainly troubling! It is not uncommon to feel achy, as you might if you had a fever, but in all cases, for sure listen to you body and be careful. Are you staying well hydrated?

  6. Sheryl Betancourt says:

Can we use extracts? Almond, chocolate etc…..

  7. Sheryl Betancourt says:

Can you put soaked chia seeds in your broth?

    • gabrielmethod says:

@Sheryl – Chia seeds don’t like to be heated, the essential fats are not stable with heat, so I would not recommend that. Ideally with lemon/water or even a juice that is a better choice.

  8. Michelle Grimm says:

I cannot access the visualization page. It tells me I do not have access.

  9. Margaret says:

The idea of decaf tea with oil does not appeal to me at all. Can I just leave it out?

  10. Dianne McNaughton says:

I’m having trouble downloading visualizations to put on MP3 player. Can you help please?

  11. Sharon H says:

    Do we need protein?

    • gabrielmethod says:

      Hi Sharon,

Protein is very important for the body. You can get enough during the Pre-cleanse and many leafy greens have a lot of protein as well which you will be juicing.
      I hope this helps!
