    When I prepared the detox Broth I froze a soup from the veggies and added miso. Can I use this as my fill up if I need extra?

      Hi Kay,
      You can use the soup during this week, of the pre-cleanse, and you can use the soup after the detox. However, during the detox, use the broth only or juices. The aim of the detox is to give your digestive system a break. The juices and broths are quick and easy to digest whereas the soup has fibre which your digestive system needs to work harder at breaking down for nutrients. Hope this helps.
