    Hi Brian, just wondering how much exercise is too much? For instance I still try to do a 30-45 min workout even when exhausted from being a “super mum”. Can you trigger stress hormones if you are always pushing through the pain to exercise?

    By the way a great session today, really enjoyed tuning in and put aside time for myself to watch it. Loved the exercise, and didn’t feel the stress of pushing through it like at Gym. Maybe I am over doing it. thanks for reminding me my health is a priority. I am now putting on weight, so I guess that is my body way of letting me know something has to change.
