    Hi,

Just wanted to ask, the cauliflower goes in raw or steamed?

    Thank you!

      Hi Lorena,
Great question! The cauliflower goes in raw.
      I hope this helps.

        Thank you!
I used it steamed and did a slight variation on the
recipe to make it more “child friendly”.
        It was a total success!!!!

          Hi Lorena,
Wow – that is great! What other variation did you do – would love to know for my own fussy 10 year old 😉

LOL fussy eaters makes wonders in the kitchen I suppose! What I did is I boiled the cauliflower (didnt want to risk a tummy ache) then added 2 eggs, a bit of low salt/low fat mild cheddar cheese, some nutmeg and blitz it in the blender. Then used some butter (less than a teaspoon) to grease the pan and made like crepes, filled with crab meat (I did not had any shrimps). Some salad for the adults as a side, and some baby carrots for young sir here (he is 2 and a half).
Hope this gives you more ideas!

Would love to know where I can find the video full story for the Shrimp Cauliflower Pancakes- I think by mistake you posted the Muesli video on this page (once you get past the title page and into the video it is about the Muesli).

I see that Jon put Goat Cheese as optional in this recipe – Is this raw milk goat cheese? And also does this mean that if I am trying to reverse rosacea and hypothyroidism that it is okay to add just a bit of dairy in my diet?
