I’m curious to know what Jon or any of his colleagues/health professionals on this site think about the Shakeology nutrition shakes as a multivitamin supplement and/or replacing a meal?
Hi Barbara,
I’m not familiar with the Shakeology products. We always aim to keep as close to the GM principles of adding the Big 3 (Protein, Omega 3 and Live Food). A commercial produced shake may be ok in the short term but I’d recommend looking to more food sources as you progress. In the recipe section here in the Support Group you will find some recipes for shakes, smoothies you may like to try.
