Hi Brian, I have about half my body weight to lose and find at the moment it is easiest on my body to exercise in the pool at my condo complex. I’m trying to adapt the GM fitness principles to the water. Can you give my some direction on how I can make my workout the most beneficial in this environment? Many thanks, Suzanne
