Vegan Peanut Butter Cup Shake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons all-natural organic peanut butter
  • 3 soft Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 3 large handfuls of ice cubes

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except for the ice, in a high-speed blender and blend until the seeds are completely broken down. Add in the ice and blend again to create a thicker shake that’s cold and creamy.
  2. Serve immediately.
