I'm a big fan of Dr. Terry Wahls. So happy to hear her share how she is overcoming MS from a medical and physical standpoint. Although I am not a fan of eating meat of any kind, I do occasionally (chicken) and I respect Dr. Wahl's wisdom. At some point in my journey, I'm sure I'll evolve with my beliefs. Thank you for sharing Terry and Jon!

This was an eye-opening program. I am about 70 lbs. over weight but my main problem is disease. I am eager to get started on the Gabriel Method so that I can feel well again. It has been far, far too long!

  3. Jean Davis says:

At 11.00 minutes, what kind of fermented oil did Dr. Wahls recommend? Thanks. Great interview.

  4. Erica Liebenberg says:

    Great interview, thanks!

  5. Shelley Iremonger says:

Dr. Wahl's experiences are so inspiring! I'm very impressed with her success in figuring out how to slow and then reverse her disease. I understand the exhilaration she felt upon riding 18 miles on a bicycle with her family that first time after being wheel chair bound. It's exciting to see that Dr. Wahl's findings supports TGM, and also will be available to the general public soon. I think it's crucial for all people know about these similar health philosophies. Thank you Jon for this motivating interview.

What an exceptional woman. I thoroughly enjoyed the exchange between Dr. Wahls an Jon. Recognizing the close similarities between her concepts of wellness and the GM that we are embracing was particularly gratifying. I've already gone to her site and signed up for her research summary when made available. It's exciting to know of evidence based research that support and lend credibility to her work and Jon's work. I look forward to the plate or pyramid or what ever the model of goodeating is now being replaced with program we are adopting.
