Thanks Jon! I was wondering if you thought there is a contradiction between visualising our ideal bodies and self acceptance? If we truly accept ourselves and our bodies – then why are we visualising a different body?

  2. Saee says:

Won’t acceptance of the way i am lead me to be complacent in my efforts to be who I can be???

      Hi Saee,

Learning to love and accept who you are as a person with value at any size or weight is the important foundation. Self love at your core is the acceptance you need to find. Once you have acceptance in who you are you can make loving changes for who you inspire to become.

Hi, for those of you having problems downloading the video, try clearing your browsing history/cookies or using a different web browser such as Google Chrome (recommended), Safari or Internet Explorer, this usually helps solve the problem. Thanks Jon! This does indeed feel like a vital element of the healing process… How can I ever come to terms with or heal something I am in denial of?

I’m so appreciative to have found such support for a resonant pathway to total health!

    Blessings, All!

I am a bit behind with the program,it really makes so much sense you must face things to heal things, the same with weight ,accept it so you can release all the emotional scars that caused it and you will keep of the weight.

To me Self acceptance – accepting of self: I visualize myself standing at the bottom of this mountain- I see this pathway and I envision myself starting on that journey through the hills and valleys within that journey.
To me this is the first step of accepting myself. thanks Jon for sharing

Thankyou Jon. I have been fighting my weight since I was a child.
I have come to realise that I can’t keep fighting as my health is suffering.
Thanks to your wise words and visualization I now have a tool to work with to first make peace with my body. I can then work on change.
    Thanks again
