The Gabriel Method Team
Dr Mercola is obviously a brilliant man and his vitamin D insights are great. However, I don’t think it means he is necessarily right about everything. I notice that you (Jon) questioned him about fructose which I was relieved to hear as in your book you mention that fruit stabilizes blood sugar. Diabetes Australia recently endorsed a study saying that fructose is the one type of sugar that can actually help with Type 1 Diabetes. Of course fruit is loaded with vitamins and minerals too and can thus be a great supply of nutrients while at the same time adding sweetness.
