      Hi Saee,

You can try them all and see which ones you like the best and then rotate through those.

I have been practicing Yoga Nidra for 11 weeks (about 5x/wk), which is a guided form of meditation offered by a certified instructor in that particular form. Within the first 4 days, I noticed a distinct shift in my brain function…a sense of expansiveness that was almost like a vast emptiness, which I have never experienced before. Coupling that practice with Jon’s visualizations is doubly potent, as I believe the Yoga Nidra has “primed” my brainwaves to take the work that much more deeply into my consciousness. Thank you so much for these rich resources, and for being so wholistic, multidisciplinarily integrated in your approach. You are doing a great service! In Gratitude; Terry Segal

      Hi Terry,

That is fantastic that you found another method that works in harmony with our visualizations! Enjoy!

I didn’t read all the comments so I’m sorry if this is a repeat question. Is there a difference between guided meditation and visualization? And if not, is there a reason you prefer the term visualization?

I’ve really been enjoying the visualizations! Thank you for sharing them with us!!! Can I access the 21 day meditation challenge even if it’s over?

Hello, what meditation cd would you listen to after the visualisation tapes have runs their course? Pure meditation CDs. Kind regards, Beatrice

    • Jon Gabriel says:

      Hi Beatrice,

What do you mean when you say they’ve run their course. Do you mean the CD ended or do you mean they are no longer necessary for you?

In either case, after listening to a visualization, just remain seated for a little while longer and imagine breathing into the ball of white light in your navel. That’s really nice meditation and since you are already in a meditative state, it’s perfect to try it then.

    Hi Jon,

I live in Wellington, and have training in NLP, and am a share holder in the largest gym network in NZ.

I am drawn to working with you and your method for the benefit of myself and others.

Do you have a role for someone in NZ that you would value, and would support your teachings in this country.

    Regards Rob Moffat

    Hi Jon.
I’ve been enagaging with your program since Oct 1. By coincidence I googled the JGM after my mum mentioned the program to me a number of times. I had decided to commit to Octsober (abstaining from alcohol during October) and signed up for the 21 day visualisations and the support group ‘free for 31 days offer’. This introduction to the program at no cost and no risk helped. I have lost some weight. My clothes are become looser. I have lost about 2 inches from my waist (still have a bit to go). I was at my doctors on Sept 27 and weighed in at 110kgs. I’m about 5′ 9″ and think I need to lose around 30 – 35 kgs (60 – 70 lbs). Quite daunting. I reckon I’ve lost a few kgs but I haven’t weighed in since I visited my doctor (Sept 27). I’ve added more live organic fruit & veggies to what I eat, I am taking digestive enzymes & pro-biotics, I am adding chia seeds, almond milk, coconut milk, vegetable juices and fruit & veg smoothies to what I eat, and have several days of not eating at night time. I am doing visualisations each morning, at night and have also found the time to take time for a mid-morning or afternoon visualisation. I am also walking a few times a week and doing stretches after the walks. I’d like to maintain my new habits.

After the initial enthusiasm for the JGM driven by positive early results do you have any recommendations about maintaining the new habits after the initial glow of early success or ‘honeymoon’ period, and keeping the enthusiasm up. I am considering applying for the ‘Ultimate Coaching Experience’ but not sure about my ability to maintain the commitment at this point in time. Should I leave it for awhile and reconsider the UCE after a bit mroe experience with the JGM? What do you think?

    • Jon Gabriel says:

      Hi Richard,

I’m happy you’re getting good results. Keep listening to a morning and an evening visualization every day if you can and keep doing exactly what you are doing now. It sounds to me like it’s all working for you. The UCE is certainly great for cementing positive habits, but it sounds to me like you’re doing just great on your own.

  8. Melissa La Pera says:

I’ve been religiously listening to the morning and evening visualisation tapes since last December (2012) and despite it took me a while to see physical results under the shape of weight loss, it helped me tremendously against my anxiety attacks, fear of the unknown and self loathing. My temper has gone from very very, very short, to incredibly long. I have followed the 21 days programme and loved it as every day, was a different topic. So, no more vertebrae to count and try to visualise. I did struggle to still feel benefit though, towards the last few days as few events took place and triggered somehow anxiety, although much more manageable than before and some massive, uncontrollable cravings at night. These have caused me to feel guilty about it, even though I was doing my best to munch on flax seeds crackers, and similar products. I now face the reality of being afraid of loosing weight and then regain it, as it always happened before. And I’m planning to tap and meditate about this emotions.
    Thank you

    • Jon Gabriel says:

      Hi Melissa,

The changes that are taking place on the inside from all the meditation and visualization that you are doing, will help prevent you from falling back into old patterns. Don’t be too concerned with the good days or bad days, just keep the focus on cultivating the positive habits you are developing.

Hi Jon, as a Christian its been a scary place for me to enter, cant tell you how amazing its been though, doing your 21day, I mentioned that i missed a few, but its really left me calmer and i am implementing it as part of my morning ritual. Was very difficult in the beginning, my monkey brain was all over the place but by Day 17 I really felt connected and then guess what, half way thru my husband walks in and starts talking, not noticing what was happening, I was so upset, i was nearly in tears. Said to him, “its taken me 17days to get into the meditation and now youve ruined it” He was very apologetic, he enjoys meditating, so something nice for us to do together from time to time…..Thanks again for this amazing new life you share with so many of us, I think you’re an incredible Guy! Thank you xxx

I have just finished the 21 day meditation, loved your soothing voice not so much Carols.Thank you for giving me hope for turning around my health challenges and weight.I tend to be a independent person going it alone so it is out of my comfort zone to join a group, so I took a leap of faith and joined the support group!

  14. Linda Thomas says:

I am one of the 41,000 that took the 21 day meditation and although I have just now started dropping weight I Love the difference it has made on how I deal with the stress of my day. I found myself meditating 2-3 times a day on most days, turning on meditation music and I think I only missed 1 of the 21 day series due to connection problems.

Thank You for introducing me to this.
