Ingredients

  • 3 Nori sheets
  • 1 avocado
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tomato

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mash the avocado. Add salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the tomato.
  3. Assemble 3 of the Nori sheets with a Tablespoon of mashed avocado, and tomato slices. Roll up and enjoy!
