Most inspiring I really liked concepts of opening to higher self and concept of using meditation as your operating system… also aligning with concepts of being the instrument and that the ocean is only “a few breaths away”…….. exciting…. ordered Vitality.. already. Thanks for this Jon

Great info thanks for sharing never heard of the premise that we either are expending or absorbing energy. Love the concept of pool vs ocean I am a visual learner and I love being able to picture that unlimited source and simply being a breath away from energy and peacefulness.
