Hi Brian, I spoke to you a lot about a year ago, when I was loving your tabata training and doing a lot of cycling. Since then I’ve stopped exercising and just cannot get back into it. I have zero desire to exercise at all. I started gentle yoga classes and restoratve yoga classes 5 months ago and loved them, doing 7 classes a week sometimes, and never less than 3. I really got my mind back in tune with my body and loved it. However I feel I need to do exercise now to try and lose weight. But I just can’t even bring myself to do your 4 minute training. I have a total resistance to it. I don’t know why my body doesn’t want me to exercise. Any ideas? If I tried I would feel I was pushing myself to do something, and all jons teaching says your body will be ready and want to do it when it’s reqdy. I had this experience at 6 months in (I’ve now been here two years) when I had an uncontrollable desire to exercise and loved it. Since I started yoga, i just don’t want to do exercise. I stopped tabata running because my joints were hurting so much, I started yoga to stretch and be gentle with my body because of this and I just loved it. But now I can’t get going again. Help!
