    Hi,
I am very new to the GM program and not able to be wholeheartedly involved, as I am the sole caregiver to my partner who has (had) multiple traumatic brain injuries. My time is not my own, most of the time.

I am listening to the Evening meditation, most nights, sometimes over and over all night long. I am also a long term Type 2 diabetic with many complications.

I wanted to share with Jon that my last A1C dropped from 7-8 to 6.9 in 3 months!! This is amazing progress for me and I credit listening to this visualization. I notice myself craving better, live foods and having less cravings and almost no night time eating lately. This is a wonderful gift!!

    Thank you!!
    Blessings,
    Patricia

HI Jon, My weight is 400 pounds. I had an accident 8 years ago and didnt walk for those a years. I get in touch with your two books a year ago and started walking with two canes 20 to 30 minutes every day. Even if it is hard I do it with enthousiasm. Should I do it every day or only 3-4 Times a week ?

    • Nadine - GM Team says:

Hi Marielle, sorry for the late response. Congratulations on walking! That is incredible and fantastic to hear that you are doing so with enthusiasm. Listen to what your body is asking of you. If you feel you can do more than 3 or 4 days a week, it should not be a problem as you are rehabilitating. However, we definitely recommend you speak to your doctor or physical therapist to make sure that you are not overdoing it. Good luck! -Monica, GM Team
