@Catherine – chia can be eaten without grinding if you soak them in water first, but if you’re sprinkling dry on salads ands for sure grind them. You can grind in a dry blender (just toss them in). Hope that helps!

How can I tell if the Fat Programs are on or off on any given day?
Hi Tom,
The best indication that your fat triggers are turned off is lack of cravings and less appetite. If you find that you are eating your meals and are feeling satisfied afterward and are not craving junk foods. You might even find that some days you are hardly hungry at all.

Hi Jon,
I’ve been on the GM now for about 6 weeks now and enjoying it. I’ve noticed a marked increased in my bowel movements. Sometimes I go 2 to 3 times a day but so far, no weight loss. Can you explain to me what’s happening and what is the next step for me. Thank you.

Your increased bowel movements would be due to the higher fibre foods that you are eating. Regarding your weight loss, please call in during our next Ask Jon to talk to Jon directly and he can ascertain what other factors may be stopping your body from wanting to release weight.
