Hi Brian, this is my second session with you and I am enjoying them. I did want to mention that when I did the first floor exercise (where you lift your torso off the floor) I had immediate charlie horses in back of both legs (hamstring area??)so I moved my legs further away from my buttocks and it eased enough for me to do the move. Are our bent knees more a relaxed angle rather than an acute angle? I did not have any difficulty with the one leg crossed and had no charlie horse once I moved my legs further away in a more relaxed angle.
Is this alright for now or should we keep our feet closer to our bodies? Thanks 🙂

      Hi Leah,
      yes you’re right.
The closer your feet are to your body the more likely you’ll feel it in your hamstrings.
It is a good idea to change the position of your feet for this not to occur.
The focus of his movement is to work the buttock muscles and that of the lower back with some effort too by the hamstrings. What you’ve done is smart as you still get all the benefits without the discomfort.
      Good job!

    Hi Coach Brian –
Last week you asked for suggestions for future topics. I would love to hear some of your thoughts on hunger and satiety. It’s a little confusing because sometimes I think I’m hungry, then I get busy on an interesting project and forget that I was hungry. Sometimes it’s a stomach growl, but my stomach growls right after eating too. Sometimes it’s just a thought that I want to eat, but usually, I can’t actually tell if I’m hungry. Then, I feel full after just a few bites, but if I don’t finish the meal, I’m hungry in 30 minutes. What gives?!!

this facility to download isn’t available at the moment however I have asked. When I know I’ll let you know.
And I agree it would be great to take the info. on the move.
      Fingers crossed.

I am so fascinated to listen to your class, but the sound is bad and very tough to make out your words. It’s worth the effort to listen, but if you can, I would greatly appreciate it if you could improve it. Thanks

      Hi Rita,
yes the sound wasn’t so great in this one ….I apologise.
I have solved this now so my next session should be much clearer.
