Oh yes, one more observation: the facial tapping points seem to be the same as in a Tibetan practise to improve eyesight (they just had a few more). I remember that I was made to do this about 30 years ago to stop my myopia from worsening… It’s just great that it has other benefits as well, like the calming down effect.

Thank you so much!!! I was stressed and stuck and anxious and in stomach ache when i started watching this, and did the tapping, which right away got me calm and energised. The energy just burst out during the rest of the “Hang out”, and I got my head and environment organised. A miracle, after feeling stuck for 5 weeks. Perhaps I’ll have to watch again, so that I can do the exercises too 🙂
