    Happy New Year !!!!

    I got confused with the times and I lost this call in ; (

    I am new to the support group and had the first session
    With Neal
    I started listening to the evening visualization however, I stopped
    cause I had nightmares every time
    Would you please give me options or do you
    know why this is happening to me ?

      The best protein powders are unflavoured, unsweetened, organic and are made from whey protein or ricebran. Sun Warrior Rice Bran Protein powder is excellent!

    Hi Jon
    How can I break pattern of people attacking me when it is their crap and not mine but they are blaming me? I’ve realised this is a life pattern as far back as I can remember.
    eg, my husband has a crappy day at work and what I think and feel about doesn’t count. He will say stuff like Don’t you start.
    I will go into a freeze mode, in response.
    How can I stop these patterns?

    I’m having trouble trusting myself to stick to the principles ha ing failed on so many diets and programs in the past. I get that your method is a lifestyle change with no time limits however ther is a part of me that is worried thAt I will regain a whole heap of weight again if I continue us to listen to my body and what it needs as it has led me down the wrong path in the past! How can I change my thinking and get rid of my doubts?

      Hi d.vriens,
      The best way to start on this program is to throw away your scales, and to see this as primarily a way to a healthier and happier you. Be kind to yourself, listen to the visualisations and try to add as many nutrient dense, healthy whole foods into your current diet. Don’t concentrate on weight loss but rather on a healthier you. With time, it will become a lifestyle change rather than just another way to lose weight, and the weight loss that results will just be an added bonus. They say it takes 21 days to instil new habits – so maybe try to make these small steps your new habits and then it becomes something you don’t even need to think about!

    Hi Jon, I only started Gabrieth Method 2-3 weeks ago; currently I’m putting on weight. I feel like I’ve got emotional issues causing blocks, but how do I figure out what they are? I’ve booked a session for 5 element accupressure in a few weeks, hoping this will help find what I’m sitting on….. I initially put on 10kg 15 years ago when I moved interstate, then I put on antoher 10kg when I had my daughter 8 years ago. Now I lose 10kg, put 10kg on – I’ve lost 10kg each year the past 3 years straight, then keep putting it back on till I get back to 80-82kg on the dot!

    I cleaned up my eating habits 4 years ago. I gave up coffee, sodas and all caffine, white flour, white potatoes and white rice. Started eating alot of salads, beans, nuts and all whole food stuff. Now I have food allergies (sensitivities) to eggs, nuts, beans, lettuce and more – all the things I now like to eat and now I cannot due to these allergies??? I restricted them from my diet for 8 months and am now trying to add them back in but am again having to run to the bathroom again! Don’t know what to do….

      Hi mikinikki,
      Perhaps it would be better to ensure that your digestive system is healthy and working at its optimum before trying to re-introduce things that have previously caused inflammation. A good way to help give your digestive system the boost it needs is to take pro-biotics each day. Try this for a while and then perhaps try re-introducing one new food at a time.

    I am new to the ultimate support group and I am at a loss for what to start with first. I am listening to the mental secrets visualization at night and trying to add flax seeds everyday to foods. I have my first coaching call set with Greg Monday…..I want to make the most of this opportunity….any suggestions?

      Hi Marybeth,
      Your session with Greg will help to answer a lot of your questions, however, in the meantime, listen to the Evening visualisation each night, add flax and or chia seeds to your meals, drink plenty of water, and ensure that you have protein and a serving of live food such as a salad with each meal. Great to have you with us on the Ultimate Support Group!
