Are the blogs available as text anywhere?
Because of where I live, I have satellite internet with very limited download so I generally can’t watch video! I would love to watch these though!
My gastroenterologist wants me to take Protonix twice daily due to inflammation in my esophagus found during a recent upper endoscopy. I hesitate to take it because I don’t know the source of the inflammation. My symptoms are food regurgitation and painful swallowing at times. I am not sure if these symptoms are due to my “disordered eating”. I feel that it would be more beneficial for me to cure my food issues to see if my endoscopy results change. Anyone else take Protonix or a similar medication with positive effects?
Hi Denise,
If you do not agree with what your doctor is recommending – discuss this with him or her, and if you continue to disagree with their argument – then you can choose to get a second or third opinion – or more! However, once you have chosen your doctor and have discussed your concerns and asked for alternatives, and covered all options you should always take your doctor’s advice. I hope this helps.

Jon, I love your blogs and am watching all the back ones. I only have one problem , As a southern girl I just can’t keep up with you, you are talking so fast. I understand your time constraints-not complaining -just wondering if there is a way to get transcripts of all your blogs ? Thanks.
Do you have a recipe for sour kraut

The connection with stress & acid stomach is strong.. Which of the visualisations are really good for the 4am stress stomach acid.
Hi Heather,
Here is a great recipe: http://www.culturedfoodlife.com/sauerkraut-without-a-culture/
Any of the visualisations would be good to help relax you – in particularly the evening one. If you already have a favourite (it makes you feel good listening to it) then please use that one.

Hi Kelda,
Unfortunately we don’t at this stage – but thanks for the great suggestion.

Hi Ginger,
Thanks for the suggestion. In the meantime – hopefully you will get used to Jon’s accent and understand him better.
