Carrot French Fries

- 6 large carrots
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil (cold-pressed, extra virgin if possible)
- ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the carrots in half, and then slice into thin, French fry-like pieces.
- In a medium bowl toss the carrots with the olive oil and spices. Spread over the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, until browned.
