Brian, that was great! informative, helpful, easy to follow and I love the Tabata to close with! You always remind me that I can do anything I put my mind to and many things are easier then they look. Thanks for that. Our windy winter and spring have made us lose wifi service more often then having it but I’m happy to see lots of Coach Brian to catch up with. Happy Autumn!
Brian, with 6-8 hrs of sleep needed do they have to be straight without waking Up. I’m 64 and between bathroom breaks (& yes I don’t drink at night- just too many babies) and waking up from joint pain I only get from 2-2&1/2 hrs at a time- but 8 overall. Is that good enough?
