I’m new in the support group. Can I download these Ask Brian Google Hangouts to my computer? I watched #6 this morning and really enjoyed (!) it, but I couldn’t write down the exercises as went along. I could re-watch it, but I want to do these exercises on my own. I thought this was excellent today.

You mentioned the recordings. Where are they?

    Thank you.

      Hi Jean,
At the top of the Support Group page are several tabs, the Ask Brian Video recordings and other blogs that Brian has recorded can be found both under the Fitness tab and also under Videos, and then under Fitness Videos. Here is a link to one of these:

    Dear Brian,

For the last month I have been suffering with heel spurs which means that I can’t do any exercise that involves stepping. I do some bicycling instead (I used to walk every day) but was wondering if you know of anything else (hiit) I could do on a daily basis that would not compromise my heel?
    thank you
    B
