It’s also working ok now – It was some tech thing – said it couldn’t load resources – same on two browsers and another pc so must have been a tech-gremlin..

Wow! I have been feeling a lot of pain in the top of my hip at my side. It feels like I have bands wrapped around the hip joint. This stretch hits right there. Thanks!
