I found it difficult to sustain the concentration and visualization. My mind was interfering with negative, stressful thoughts and I suddenly kept needing to scratch itches here and there that kept interfering with the visualization.
An alpha/theta state is very difficult to achieve.
Have done this visualization this morning and I think it is almost the same as the Morning Visualization I did yesterday morning. It really seemed to help me yesterday, so fingers crossed today is a success too!!!
Can you do any of the visualizations for the morning practice or would you recommend sticking to these for the 5 weeks ? Thanks Natalie
