Hillary Rubin
After a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, Hillary Rubin ditched her glamorous job at Prada and set off on an epic wellness quest that lead her to become one of the top yoga instructors in LA, created one of the first-ever yoga podcasts, and ultimately help thousands of women create real and lasting change in their lives.
Today she is symptom and medication free. As a Spiritual Life and Career Coach, founder of Your Soul’s University, and creator of The Living Wellness Kickstart Program, she helps women all over the world create real, lasting change so they can live their ultimate soul-fulfilling life.
Hillary has been featured by the Ricki Lake Show, The Los Angeles Times, The Independent, and Yoga Journal, and was named one of the top 25 Women Entrepreneurs to Love in 2012. Hillary contributes to the Huffington Post and Origin magazine and is now working on her first book, The Art of Becoming YOU, a guide for women who are hungry for an empowering new perspective on defeat, misfortunes and hardships.
I’m also new to this forum and I’ve just listened to Hilary Rubin and found her so insightful and clear. She came to some great fundamental learning about her illness by having the courage to listen to herself and question what she was being told. To then delve into the depth of cause and effect on every level and share that journey has taught me well. What an inspiration! Also interesting to hear that word ‘safe’ come into conversation again. I have some deep thinking to do. Much appreciated. Oh, and thanks for the gold nugget – I got there. 😉
This is my first visit to this forum and I enjoyed this broadcast very much! So far, everything I have listened to from Jon Gabriel has been excellent and beyond my expectations.
