Wanted to know what to do when my daughter asks for a sweet or chocolate ?after listening to the interview I didn’t get that answer.do u say yes or no?I loved the interview gave me good tips but just this question need an answer to please stephanie:-)
Did you ever get an answer from them?
Hi Stephanie,
It is hard to say no, but it does not need to be a hard no. You can set limitations for how many times a week you allow them to have sweets and then also regulate what kind of sweets. You can say that you can make sweets or chocolate together (using a Gabriel Method friendly recipe). So you can say no to processed sweets and chocolates and say yes to occasional homemade treats that you regulate the ingredients. This teaches them cooking and gives you together time with them!
