    thank you for teaching me the tabata exersises at Kiama
    I have introduced them to my classes at the retirement village and everybody and our trainer is using them now great stuff.
    Loved Kiama and lost 3kg in the time there.

    The tabata is AWESOME Brian. Like Karen this seems to have really helped with weight loss. When I do my tabata I really go 110%. I’ve noticed a GREAT difference in my recovery time from any physical exercise. Is there anything else you would suggest that needs to be added to this for a daily fitness routine or is this enough????

    Just keeping you posted (as promised!) All going well, FAT programmes still OFF 🙂 Been erratic with exercise, but my weight is definitely coming off. Face, collar bones, ribs, hips, ankles!!! Not weighing myself (ever again!) but can really feel it happening now 🙂

    Good to have the reminder of the visualisation, thanks. Amazing how easy it is to forget such simple effective things.

    Thank you, you are great, you make it easy for us to exercise and enjoy. I am doing the Tabata exercises three or four times a week and now if I can’t I miss doing them.
    It is the first time in years that I have moved like this. My body reacted in shock the first time I did them and now it is saying when we doing the exercises again
