Hi Sandra,
Listening to a visualisation in the morning and at night is a great start. Go through the Visualisation archives to find one that you think suits your needs best at the moment for the morning visualisation. There is a specific night time visualisation.
Another great thing to do is read through some of the forum posts, there is a great thread at the moment that our members contribute to regularly called “daily cup of tea” and its an opportunity to ‘meet’ other members and find out how they are going and seek their advice. However, the forum is also a great opportunity to ask Jon questions too.
Another great idea is to listen to the Ask Jon archives. These are recordings of the live shows we do each month where our Support group members can ring in and speak to Jon directly. Many members find the questions raised in a lot of these shows help answer their own questions.
Have a look at the video library as well – there are recipe ideas and fitness tips. That should be enough to start with. The more you start to use this site the more comfortable you will be using it.
The only other things that Jon suggests you do is throw away your scales, and add the ‘big three’ to each meal, these are healthy sources of protein, live food (salad is a great option) and healthy fats -( Omega 3 sources such as flaxseed, chia seeds).
Hope this helps to get you started.
Kind regards

This is so wonderful to hear. I wonder how long it will take for this information to become part of our mainstream thinking. I hope it will spread exponentially and by next year at this time (or before) we will hear about this on CNN and the Evening News!
This information is very encouraging! I have just started doing morning and evening visualization for two days and I notice that I have less craving for sweet dessert! I’ve never done meditation before, where is a good place to start or learn more about this? Thank you!
You can try the 21 day meditation for weight loss challenge. Or simply continue listening to the visualizations. In the morning after the vis is over, simply sit for a few minutes and concentrate on the ball of white light on your navel. As you breathe in, imagine it spinning like a pinwheel and as you breathe about imagine it spinning as well. This is a great place to start.
