Mango Ginger Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients:
- One 10 ounce bag fresh or frozen whole cranberries
- One 10 to 12 ounce bag frozen mango cubes
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
Method:
- Add the cranberries, mango and ginger to a small sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat for 15-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Simmer until the sauce starts to breakdown and thicken.
- Use a fork or potato masher to help breakdown the fruit, if desired.
- Add pure maple syrup to taste if you prefer a little more sweetness.
- Enjoy!
