Mango Ginger Cranberry Sauce

Method:

  1. Add the cranberries, mango and ginger to a small sauce pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 15-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  3. Simmer until the sauce starts to breakdown and thicken.
  4. Use a fork or potato masher to help breakdown the fruit, if desired.
  5. Add pure maple syrup to taste if you prefer a little more sweetness.
  6. Enjoy!
