Kelp/Zucchini Noodles with Miso Ginger Sauce

Method:

  1. Rinse and cut the kelp noodles. Rinse with some warm water to warm them a bit.
  2. Mix up a sauce of the miso water, fresh ginger and salt.
  3. Toss sauce onto the noodles.
  4. Stir in carrots, onions and sesame seeds.
