Is visualisation best to be done in the morning or is it equally/just as good to be done in the afternoon or at night?

(evening visualization at night, morning visualization
in the morning), you should be fine!

This is very interesting that the mind is such a powerful tool. I am a recovering alcoholic (nothing for 9 years). But during this time I have become addicted to coke a cola and still smoke cigarettes. I really want to try these visualizations to be rid of these addictions.
